Charities having a hard time meeting rising health care costs may find strength in numbers.
More than 240 charities employing 7,000 people have expressed an interest in forming a network to contain health care costs. About 160 representative of the groups met Monday in downtown Pittsburgh to hear a proposal on a health insurance initiative. "
