Aalfs Auditorium’s new fees for student use - News - The Volante - University of South Dakota: Organizations like Strollers are taking notice to the new regulations. Strollers is USD's largest philanthropy event and has been held annually since 1924. Although the university will require organizations to pay more for facility use, Strollers President Drake Bachmeier is confident the event will still succeed.
"It's going to be tough, but we will fight through it," Bachmeier said.
