No charges filed yet in probe of $120,000 missing from foundation.

LONG BEACH � Nearly a year after news reports that at least $120,000 was embezzled or missing from the Grand Prix Foundation of Long Beach, an investigation by authorities has yet to produce criminal charges.
The case is still under review by the Los Angeles County district attorney's office, which received the results of a Long Beach Police Department investigation at the end of October. A California attorney general's office inquiry is also still active"
