Annoys Your Customers
One of my favorite events in Seattle was the annual Spam-carving contest. You wouldn't believe the creativity -- I saw Spam soldiers, Spam boats, Spam landscapes, Spam cars, Spam everything.
There was only one problem: It's still made out of Spam. And it's no different with its electronic cousin. The key to not adding to the problem is to only mail to people who have given their permission.
