Three-Day March Aims to Alter Public Perception of Nonprofits

massnonprofit news ::: The Charity Defense Council (CDC) said it will hold what it hopes will be “the largest demonstration of the charitable sector, by the charitable sector, and for the charitable sector in the sector’s history.”

The march, from Kittery, Maine, to Salem, Mass., aims to net $1 million to fund the CDC’s first-year operating budget and is expected to draw charity leaders, executives, and workers from across the nation.
