Last year, some employees walked away with iPods and airline tickets as gifts. But this year, employees voted to give all that up, instead donating the $25,000 the party would have cost to charity. That money went to The Telegraph's Santa Fund, becoming by far the single largest donation since the fund was created 45 years ago."
