Colleges guard soaring endowments - The Boston Globe

Colleges guard soaring endowments - The Boston Globe: "The pattern of deep-pocketed universities regularly raising tuition while amassing fast-growing fortunes has drawn unusual scrutiny from government leaders and higher education advocates over the past few months.
