Pay rises for all Pittsburgh-area nonprofit leaders, but men earn more - Pittsburgh Post-Gazette: According to a survey conducted by the Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management at Robert Morris University and the United Way of Allegheny County, the average salary for male executive directors at nonprofits last year was $126,690 while female executive directors earned $94,232.
