Health Institutions Fail to Connect with ''Grateful Patients'' According to New Survey by AHP and Grizzard: Financial News - Yahoo! Finance: "The Grateful Patient Survey, a 25-question online survey conducted in May of 2007, targeted health development professionals to learn how they viewed the Grateful Patient program within their facilities and also identify future areas for improvement. Specific to each health institution, the Grateful Patient program serves as an in-house fundraiser, collecting financial gifts from donors who express their gratitude for services rendered. Yet, as the survey indicates, these grateful patients represent a largely untapped, unidentified source of support within the health community."
