(May 8, 2008) Nonprofit mail rates will increase by an average of 0.7 percent starting on May 12.

The rate case, filed by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) in February and approved by the U.S. Postage Commission, includes changes to all types of mail, including first-class mail, standard mail, periodicals, package services and special services."
