ROB WOUTAT: No Brag, Just Fact: We're Generous : Rob Woutat : Kitsap Sun: "The Association of Fundraising Professionals found various factors that influence charitable preferences. Young people are more likely to support health and human services. New parents between 25 and 34 are more likely to donate to education. Americans 45 and older more often put religious organizations at the top of their lists, while younger donors put religious charities last. In their charitable giving, men gave stronger preference to educational organizations than women, while woman showed a stronger preference for environmental causes."
