Florida's ACLU affiliate in Miami to cut staff nearly 20 percent - South Florida - MiamiHerald.com: "Tim Seiler, director of the Fund Raising School at the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University, said there is no evidence yet that charitable giving has declined nationally, but he added it may be that changes in giving have yet to be measured.
''We don't have any real national data. . . . It's too soon for us to be able to say what's going on and happening nationally,'' Seiler said. He added: ``We certainly have heard anecdotes about organizations experiencing a decline.''"
