The new-gen philanthropist

The new-gen philanthropist: "So the Vancouver entrepreneur and human rights activist has donated $1 million to fund a new international journalism program at the University of B.C.'s graduate school of journalism. The money, to be dispersed over 10 years, will finance overseas journalism on under-reported projects and involve UBC journalism faculty and students."
