Yes,' said Harry Kraemer, former chairman and chief executive officer of Deerfield-based Baxter International Inc. and a professor at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. 'But there's only so much money to go around, and $35 million incrementally without having an impact on other areas, that would be doubtful.'"
