Sorority sisters ‘rock’ | The Northerner: On somewhat of a chilly day under gray skies, the sisters of Phi Sigma Sigma dressed for the occasion — donning jackets and blankets — and rocked in rocking chairs to support their philanthropic cause, the Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation.
