Georgetown U. now wants $9 million from the Dallas entrepreneur who’s suing over his $7.5 million donation | The Scoop Blog: Scott Ginsburg, the radio exec turned exotic car salesman, sued his alma mater last month over millions in donations he wants returned. Alleged the lawsuit filed in Dallas federal court, the Georgetown University Law Center never made good on its decade-old promise to call its workout facility the Scott K. Ginsburg Health and Fitness Center, and he demands a refund — $5 million for the fitness center, and another $2.5 million donated after that.
