Ret Boney to head statewide philanthropy group � Philanthropy North Carolina: CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Ret Boney, senior vice president at Clarity Group, a Chapel Hill-based nonprofit consulting firm, and former deputy editor of the Philanthropy Journal, has been named executive director of the North Carolina Network of Grantmakers.
