Nonprofits, food pantries feel impact of United Way fund cuts: "LEBANON — — More Warren County residents are struggling to make ends meet and are seeking assistance from local pantries and other nonprofit agencies. But the organization that funds these agencies is having a hard time, too. The Warren County United Way has cut the amount of money it gives to the 31 agencies by an average of 5 percent after failing to reach its annual campaign goal for the second straight year."
