Last week, 100 local nonprofit leaders met in Columbia, Maryland to hear the exclusive findings of the first major study of nonprofit leadership diversity in the Baltimore-Washington region. Hosted by the Racial Diversity Collaborative, speakers at the event revealed data on the challenges and opportunities as seen by nonprofit leaders.
