2nd Micronesian Non Profit Congress Convenes MONDAY On Guam: Guam -Payu-ta, Inc., Guam’s umbrella organization for nonprofit and nongovernmental organizations, will convene the 2nd Micronesian Non Profit Congress on October 24-28, at the Westin Hotel. The Conference titled “"Weaving Policy and Practice: The Role of Nonprofit Organizations in Sustaining Pacific Communities" will bring together local, regional, national and international presenters, speakers and dignitaries to discuss the evolving role of the nonprofit and nongovernmental organizations in the region.
