The cancer foundation established by disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong said it was “disappointed” with its longtime leader’s admission that he used performance-enhancing drugs but remained grateful for his work on behalf of fellow cancer survivors, according to Reuters and The Hollywood Reporter.
