Judge Rules Met Museum Allowed to Charge 'Suggested' Fee - Philanthropy Today - The Chronicle of Philanthropy- Connecting the nonprofit world with news, jobs, and ideas: A New York State Supreme Court judge has thrown out key portions of two lawsuits over the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s admissions practices, ruling that the museum is not in breach of prior state and city agreements in charging a suggested entry fee, The New York Times and Bloomberg report.
