Boardmatch Ireland, launched today, is a new web-based skills matching service between business and non-profits. For the first time in Ireland, professionals such as accountants, IT specialists, financial advisors, solicitors or project managers, for example, can simply log on to www.boardmatchireland.ie to offer their skills and expertise to non-profit boards in a formal, structured and regularised way. Non-profit organisations will register their specific board level skills needs and the link will be made. The concept has been well tested in Canada and the United States"
