BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana University raised more than $300 million during the past year in private donations - a record for the school and 21 percent more than last year.

The total of $301 million includes $150.8 million in contributions through the IU Foundation and $123.9 million in private-sector research grants. It also includes $26.3 million in donations to the Riley Children's Foundation."
