Rollins College - Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership Center Releases First Nonprofit Compensation Survey: "Survey Shows Important Findings Regarding Nonprofit Executive Positions
The Rollins College Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership Center is releasing significant information found during a compensation and benefits survey of local nonprofits. The 2007 Central Florida Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Survey is the first one of its kind for the nonprofit sector in Central Florida.
One hundred fifty-three eligible nonprofit organizations that employ 9,700 employees completed the survey. Data was complied on over 5,600 individual salaries, which were categorized into 100 job titles. Hundreds of nonprofit organizations rely on accurate data to set salaries and benefits for their employees"
