He serves on a number of boards, including that of a San Jose theater company and participates in a once-a-month barbecue for immigrant families in Fremont. 'Philanthropy is my next passion,' he says. 'My life now is not about the next million dollars.' Government officials in Vietnam have courted Do, hoping he would return to his native country and help its financial growth. But Do - who says he is blessed to have two cultures - is reluctant to leave."
