Sunoco promises $1M toward Salvation Army center - Philadelphia Business Journal:: "The Salvation Army of Greater Philadelphia said Monday that the Sunoco Foundation has pledged $1 million to its $30 million campaign to build and operate a Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center in North Philadelphia.
To commemorate the gift, the area of the center that will provide after-school and enrichment programs to children and teens will be named the Sunoco Foundation Learning Center."
