That occurred earlier this month, when that amount was raised on behalf of the Seattle Symphony at a Guest Artists Circle kickoff party in the home of donors James and Sherry Raisbeck. Performing for the guests was pianist Cecile Licad, the star of the previous weekend's Symphony subscription program.
