Jasae See, bindery manager at Idea Printing and Graphics, prints bulk mailings Wednesday for Information and Action League in Tulare on a direct imprinter.

Area nonprofit organizations and businesses used to first-class treatment from the Visalia post office aren't happy that their bulk mailings are taking longer to reach recipients across town these days.
Instead of local delivery in a day or two for a church bulletin or a flier for a charity, the post office says users of bulk mail shouldn't expect their mail to arrive for up to two weeks.
The post office says bulk mail had been delivered in Visalia at the same rate of first-class mail within four days because it was being kept in Visalia instead of shipped to Bakersfield to be sorted with the rest of the mail."
