The Baltimore County Office of Fair Practices and Community Affairs will sponsor a free seminar about nonprofit organizations on March 12 at the Liberty Family Resource Center in Randallstown, officials said today.

The seminar, titled 'How to Become a Non-profit/Tax-exempt Organization,' is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 3525 Resource Drive, off Liberty Road. It will provide information for community leaders, civic groups and others on how to become a nonprofit or tax-exempt organization through topics such as articles of incorporation, bylaws, boards of directors and tax-exempt status."
