Business leaders, chairpersons, and CEOs representing America�s most generous corporations will gather at the Committee to Encourage Corporate Philanthropy�s (CECP) annual Members Meeting and Excellence Awards Luncheon in New York City on February 28, 2005. In honor of this event the day was proclaimed the first-ever Corporate Philanthropy Day by Governor Pataki, Mayor Bloomberg, and US Secretary of Commerce Donald L. Evans to recognize and promote the tremendous philanthropic work of corporations in communities around the world."
